Laurel B. Gardner

Welcome!

​

I am an artist, performer, and creator, originally from the Northern Kentucky area. Upon graduation from The Ohio State University with a BFA in Dance and BA in Psychology, I have recently relocated to New York City to attend Broadway Dance Center's Fall Professional Semester. At Ohio State, I was fortunate enough to work with and be cast in pieces by incredible professors such as Daniel Roberts, Susan Petry, Crystal Michelle Perkins, Eddie Taketa, Dr. Nya McCarthy-Brown, and Dr. Valarie Williams. I aspire to connect both my studies of dance and psychology together within my movement as a method of introspection between the conscious mind and body.

Along with being a performing artist, I am an avid reader and listener of mystery and true crime novels and podcasts, an adventurous baker, an obsessive horror movie watcher, a dog mom, a loyal friend, daughter, and sister, as well as a lover of the color blue.
